One question we ask of all our candidates in these meetings is about the mentors from their previous roles. Who do you admire? Who do you respect? Who do you give credit to where you are today? and why…..Through thousands of meetings, there’s a common thread to everyone’s answer…..

“I look up to them because they were the one that taught me the most” and usually, the person responsible for the time in their careers with the biggest growth period.
